Production shift manager
Grup Carles collaborates with a company in the paper sector in the Anoia area for the incorporation of a person who is responsible for the coordination and management of each of the productive shifts of the plant.

What will you do on a day-to-day basis?
- Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be in charge of ensuring the production operation of one of the work shifts, managing the material resources and the personnel in charge.
- Manage the manufacturing staff of the work shift (40 people).
- Manage the operation of the various machines according to planning priorities and planned production volumes.
- Manage the use of materials according to the needs, ensuring the correct supply of each machine with the right materials and their evacuation.
- Intervene and adjust the process to ensure the achievement of productivity and shrinkage.
- Perform product or format changeovers as required on each machine or procure their realization by the mechanics in charge.
- Interdepartmental relationship, mainly with the Maintenance, Quality, and Planning departments.
- Ensure compliance with the work standards in force in the factory.
- Document and report incidents for all purposes.
- Ensure compliance with the health and safety standards of the people in charge.
- Participate in projects to improve the facilities and processes of the production plant.

- Remuneration of 30-35 k b/a, negotiable with each candidate according to experience.
What are we looking for in you?
- Communicative person with good leadership skills. Used to work at a high pace and under pressure.
- Senior profile with extensive experience in management and coordination of production shifts.
- Experience in continuous process industrial environments is a must. Experience in the paper sector is highly valued.
- Higher education in engineering, industrial maintenance, or similar. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, quality management, health, and safety is highly valued.
- Availability to work in rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts from Monday to Friday (rotation every two weeks).
- Geographical proximity is essential (Anoia, Baix Llobregat, Penedès, Garraf...).
