Head of delegation
At Grup Carles, a professional services company in central Catalonia, we are expanding our team!
If you have experience in tax and accounting advice to companies and you would like to take responsibility for the management of our new delegation in Vic, this is your opportunity.
What will you do on a day-to-day basis?
- Reporting to the General Management, you will be in charge of leading the delegation and defining its strategic objectives.
- You will be responsible for the tax and accounting advice of a defined portfolio of clients in the area.
- Coordinate the different actions and initiatives with the central offices of the group.
- Management and supervision of all the areas of the delegation, as well as the management of the human team (7 people).
- Follow-up and participation, together with the commercial management of the group, in the commercial strategy for the development of the business.

What are we looking for in you?
- A person with good communication skills and is highly customer-oriented. Used to direct and frequent contact with the client.
- Professional experience in tax and accounting advice for small, medium, and large companies.
- Experience in management of technical teams and highly valued in management of delegations or business areas.
- University education related to business, economics, ADE, or similar.
- Experience in tax and accounting matters is essential, as well as knowledge in the commercial field and a global vision of business management.
- Geographical proximity (Osona) is essential.
