Expanding the Residence for People with Intellectual Disabilities in Prats de Rei

We have carried out the executive project of installations for the expansion of the residential center for people with intellectual disabilities in Prats de Rei, with an area of 3,000 m². The goal was to create a new building adapted to current needs and new social operational requirements, focusing on functionality, energy efficiency, and user comfort, as well as optimizing the subsequent building maintenance management.

Teamwork with the architects and the client is a key point to the success of these projects.

The Challenge

We had to ensure the adaptation of the new building to current needs and new social operational requirements, considering compliance with energy efficiency requirements and optimization for efficient long-term building maintenance management.

The Solution

We carried out the project in collaboration with the architectural team to achieve functional, efficient facilities, achieving an A energy rating, and ensuring the comfort and well-being of the users of the residential center.
