We have been responsible for carrying out the Executive Project for civil engineering and installations, as well as Project Management, direction, and commissioning of an infant feed factory in Fraga, which features a 60-meter-tall production tower and corporate offices.

The Challenge

After years of evolution in the pig sector, in 2019 we embarked on an ambitious project for the construction of a new feed factory with a manufacturing capacity of 110 tons per hour. The aim of this initiative was to double the size of the company within the next four years.

The factory is equipped with cutting-edge technology and has been designed to meet the highest standards of quality and food safety.

The Solution

We brought our experience in planning and executing large projects to the construction of the new factory in Fraga, taking care of the Executive Project for civil engineering and installations, as well as Project Management, direction, and commissioning. With our collaboration, the factory now features a 60-meter-tall production tower and corporate offices. We contributed to the feed manufacturing with a production capacity of 110 tons per hour, aiming to double the size of the company in the next four years. We ensured that the new Cincaporc feed factory can compete with the highest levels of reference in terms of efficiency and sustainability while maintaining a high level of quality of the final product. This project has been an exciting challenge for us, and we are proud to have carried it out successfully.
